Paige Ryterski, Esq

Senior Associate

No two family law cases are ever quite the same, and your divorce attorney should never treat you like a case number. At some firms, a divorce or custody filing may be seen as nothing more than a document, but Attorney Paige Ryterski is different. She knows that every legal proceeding and outcome will have real, lasting consequences for the people she represents, and she approaches every case with a fierce determination to protect her clients.

Paige grew up in Rochester, Michigan, and moved to Chicago in 2014 to attend law school at The John Marshall Law School. She graduated from JMLS in June 2017 with a Juris Doctor, as well as a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and was sworn into the Illinois Bar in November 2017. Paige is also licensed to practice law in Federal Court in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, as well as the Advocates Society – The Association of Polish-American Attorneys.

Eager to use her knowledge to help others, Attorney Ryterski started her career working in a temporary position for a distinguished family law firm in the city. Her determination in this role led to a permanent position at a well-known Chicago firm, where she sharpened her litigation experience defending prominent clients, including a Fortune 500 company, against personal injury claims.

After gaining considerable litigation experience, Paige again found herself drawn to working with Plaintiffs, and therefore accepted a position at a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm, predominantly specializing in representing victims of trucking accidents. While in this role early in her career, she scored back-to-back groundbreaking wins, first by co-authoring the briefs that kept a Plaintiff’s punitive damages claims against a national trucking company alive in Federal Court, and then also as part of a three-person trial team that secured a six-figure verdict against the Chicago Transit Authority.

While successfully representing many clients, Paige discovered that her passion for the law is most greatly fueled by “counseling while practicing,” and chose to return to the Domestic Relations Division as Senior Associate Attorney for Arami Law, Inc. She has since helped hundreds of clients navigate through divorce and parentage actions, guiding them through the process and letting them know they don’t have to face it alone.

Paige’s tenacity and skill in the courtroom are a real advantage for clients. As a part of the Arami Law team, Paige is honored to represent couples and parents facing complex family law and matrimonial issues. She has litigated complicated matters involving the allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time (previously referred to as custody and visitation), child support, spousal maintenance (formerly called alimony), division of property and debts, premarital agreements, and more.

At Arami Law, we are dedicated to doing right by our clients, and our commitment can be seen in our client testimonials. If you need help addressing a contested divorce or family law issue, contact our office today to schedule an appointment.
